About Me
I am Jeff Martin, a hairdresser, makeup artist, and esthetician with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, working in both Michigan and California. My career began with six years as a hairstylist and part-time educator for Sebastian International, where I traveled across Michigan teaching salon employees about hair styling, cutting, coloring, makeup, and product knowledge. This role at Sebastian helped me acquire diverse skills in the beauty field, and collaborating with some of Sebastian's top makeup artists provided me with a solid foundation in makeup artistry. After 3 1/2 years with Sebastian, I transitioned to a full-time makeup artist role, leaving the salon industry for about four years to work with Chanel and MAC cosmetics. These experiences enhanced my makeup artistry skills and taught me about business. I brought this knowledge back to the salon, and I am passionate about my ever-evolving career, which offers new growth opportunities. It allows me to inspire my clients and share new tips and tricks.
